QSR solution enhances productivity, customer experience

Product: QSR POS
Company: NavyZebra

NavyZebra, a nationwide technology services provider and service mark of BankCard Services, has launched QSR POS, a brandable solution for quick service restaurants (QSRs) that integrates POS features with mobile and online ordering and a range business management functions, company representatives stated.

"Our signature QSR POS solution is easy to manage, customize and update," said Young Park, POS specialist at NavyZebra. "The platform enables busy QSR owners and managers to manage loyalty programs, menu updates and time and attendance within a single interface."

Park noted that QSR POS is ideal for marketplaces and food courts, because it supports online, mobile web and in-app ordering. Customers can skip lines by ordering ahead. "Customers can order from their mobile devices, even without downloading the mobile app," he said. "They can simply scan a QR code or NFC code with their mobile devices to order from an e-menu. Orders are sent to the POS; push notifications send a little beep when orders are ready."

Single platform, multiple benefits

Park pointed out that the QSR POS dashboard is simple to use but highly detailed. With a few simple steps, multilocation franchise owners and QSR merchants can modify and update menu offerings across an enterprise or populate a new location's menu. Following are additional QSR POS platform features and benefits Park described:

  • Time and attendance: Employees can clock in and clock out by waving their phones across an NFC card or sticker that can be placed anywhere in the restaurant and away from high-traffic areas.
  • Web and mobile ordering: Web orders ensure accuracy by directly linking customer orders with QSR POS. Customers can track order status, receive push notifications and text or email receipts. They can check out on mobile and connected devices.
  • Single-screen and dual-screen solutions: QSR POS tablets, with built-in printer, cash drawer and tablet stand, are available in single-screen and dual-screen configurations. The ELO all-in-one tablet can be flipped or swiveled for customer viewing. The PAX all-in-one solution comes with secondary customer-facing display.
  • QR code, NFC scanning: This four-step process enables customers to scan a QR code or NFC symbol, order food from a pop-up e-menu, make a quick payment and be notified when a food order is ready to be picked up.
  • Multiple payments schemes: QSR POS is compatible with all major credit cards, mobile wallets, EMV cards and NFC payments.
  • Dynamic dashboard, reporting: App, web and e-menu orders are cloud-based, facilitating real-time order management across multiple locations. Business data is available in real time, enabling merchants to track best-selling items and revenue across all locations from anywhere.
  • CRM, loyalty management: Built-in CRM and loyalty tools enable merchants to recognize and reward repeat customers and create personalized offers, promotions and loyalty programs.

Experienced, reliable partner

NavyZebra works with a variety of channel partners, including ISOs, merchant acquirers, merchant level salespeople, independent software vendors and third-party service providers. The company provides 24/7 multilingual support in English, Korean, Chinese and Vietnamese.

"Our primary goal at NavyZebra is to provide total business solutions to help our partners grow and meet their business goals," Park said. "Our advanced technologies are designed to help business owners improve efficiencies, attract and retain customers and maximize revenue." end of article
