Profit and save by syncing payments with QuickBooks Online

MagicPay Merchant Services LLC, a merchant services company serving the United States, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands, launched MagicPay Invoice, a plug-in application designed to automatically sync transactions to QuickBooks Online. The solution improves accuracy while saving users from time-consuming and labor-intensive processes involved in manually recording payments into accounting software, according to Rami Levi, CEO of MagicPay.

Levi stated he wanted to solve billing workflow issues and the numerous errors caused by manual double-entry bookkeeping for his own company as well as for merchants that use the NMI payment gateway.

"Businesses easily grow tired of having to manually record payments into their accounting software, especially when it leads to inefficiency and costly mistakes from double-data entry or manual errors," Levi said. "At MagicPay, we wanted to create a solution to these billing workflow issues caused by manual data entry that would benefit our users as well as merchants utilizing the NMI Payment Gateway."

Levi said that seamlessly syncing their transactions on QuickBooks Online and using the MagicPay Invoice app enables business owners to focus their time on other beneficial tasks that are crucial to running and growing a successful business. Seamlessly integrated accounting

Levi additionally noted that integrating the MagicPay Invoice application with QuickBooks Online enables users to automatically sync transaction and payment data into their QuickBooks Online accounts. This enables MagicPay Payment Gateway users and NMI payment gateway users to send online invoices from QuickBooks Online.

An embedded payment link inside each invoice takes customers and clients to a secure checkout page where they can pay invoices online, which eliminates errors and accelerates payment flows, he stated.

Participating merchants can sign up for the MagicPay Invoice app and connect their MagicPay or NMI payment gateway to their QuickBooks accounting software, Levi stated. This will create an all-in-one billing and accounting solution.

When their MagicPay Invoice account is activated, all business transactions will be automatically transferred to QuickBooks Online. Participating merchants will have a complete audit trail of their data, which provide a real-time view of payment data and enable them to generate reports while keeping track of business funds.

Additional features, benefits

Created to facilitate processing of unlimited business transactions and invoices directly from QuickBooks Online, the MagicPay Invoice app automatically synchronizes and saves all transaction types, including sales, refunds, and voids to QuickBooks Online, Levi noted.

Additional features include the transfer of important customer data, the promise of safe and secure transactions transmitted through SSL encryption technology, and continuous phone and online support to assist business owners with questions or issues.
