Gain customers with integrated workflows, data management

Product: Under
Company: Under

Under, a fintech startup, created Under, a solution designed to help financial services companies streamline the data collection process. By collecting, synthesizing and integrating data, documentation and e-signatures, the software platform aggregates workflows and can seamlessly integrate with multiple onboarding APIs and CRM systems to enhance the customer experience while seamlessly mapping data onto other applications, the company stated.

Colin Driscoll, director of business development at Under, described the company's platform as a one-stop shop for ISOs, agents and service providers. "We automate the process of onboarding MIDs and gathering a variety of online apps," he said. "The software is processor agnostic and can integrate with multiple processor onboarding APIs as well as CRMs used by ISOs and MSPs and account opening services such as KYC, KYB, and credit and banking account validation."

Advanced automation

Driscoll went on to say that Under acts as a strong front-end middleware that can capture and upload essential lead data to a CRM or onboarding platform with just a few clicks. He pointed out that the platform supports unlimited users, allows agents to focus more on their sales and spend less time on administrative tasks, and offers such features as:

  • Streamlined communication: Reduce back-and-forth email communication by utilizing pre-populated data for quick form completion.
  • Embedded web forms: Improve efficiencies by embedding forms into your website to securely capture data without redirecting customers.
  • PDF mapping: Avoid customer abandonment by replacing clunky PDFs with clearly legible, responsive forms.
  • e-signature, document collection: Accelerate workflows by aggregating data, documents and e-signatures, providing digital tools that synthesize and validate customer data.
  • Auto-save: Automate and reduce supporting documents and remove redundant questions by leveraging the platform's auto-save capability.
  • CRM, processor integrations: Eliminate friction by delivering an uninterrupted customer experience across multiple processor CRMs and platforms.

Other key features Driscoll spotlighted include account validation and verification, including KYC/KYB/credit verification/banking validation; advanced decisioning, which optimizes the data collection process by tapping into Under's advanced decision engine and performance reporting capabilities; and hierarchy permission, which enhances security by creating permission levels to enable structured, protected and multi-tiered workflows.

Partner ready

Driscoll further noted that Under customizes its service offerings to its channel partners, which include processors, ISOs, MSPs, ISVs and agents, and offers a range of plans and flexible pricing models designed to grow and scale with its partners. He also stated that companies can sign up in less than a minute to create a demo account and test drive the service at no charge for 30 days.

Under, a third-place 2022 Catapult winner at the Northeast Acquirers Association conference, has been recognized by the payment industry for its unique approach to simplifying data collection and electronic documentation and accelerating the merchant onboarding process.

"Under helps ISOs onboard more quality clients by saving time by eliminating manual data entry and reducing customer abandonment by replacing clunky, hard-to-use forms with user-friendly online documents," Driscoll said.

"These capabilities, combined with merchant identity verification, substantially decrease the number of pended applications while accelerating live, approved applications." end of article
