            NOVA recently changed its ANB Bankcard Sales Center Program.   NOVA is a PMT affiliate; PMT is the successor to Money Transfer Systems, Inc.  (MTSI). PMT is terminating the existing solicitation agreements with MTSI effective October 31. Sales organizations can sign a new agreement directly with NOVA and the ANB Bankcard Sales Center Program.              Superior Court of California, County of Sonoma, has ordered a Judgment in favor of CrossCheck, Inc. against GPST, Inc., in the amount of $57,326.00.

             National Data Corporation has formed a two-year transaction processing agreement with U. S. Wireless Data. NDC eCommerce will offer wireless, high-speed credit card authorization services utilizing U.S. Wireless Data’s Wireless Express Payment Service to new and existing merchants of NDC eCommerce through its network of banks and acquirers. Initially, it is expected that more than 3000 wireless terminals will be activated through WEPS to deliver transactions to NDC eCommerce.
