Expand reach with agile, simple cross-border payments

AstroPay, a global payment solution provider, launched One Touch, a payments solution designed to provide immediate, simple, secure payments for merchants and their customers. The solution is backed by the company's expertise in developing markets and their related regulations, cultural backgrounds and social needs, according to Mikael Lijtenstein, CEO of AstroPay.

One-touch global commerce

Lijtenstein noted that AstroPay's cross-border payments expertise also builds trust and confidence by enabling users to choose their preferred payment methods across different countries and regions. Customers who use AstroPay benefit from a network of renowned payment method providers, including Pix in Brazil, PhonePe in India, and M-Pesa in Kenya, he stated.

With a strong focus on the payments journey and end-user orientation, AstroPay aspires to generate greater fluency and less friction in merchant and customers interaction with One Touch, which provides merchants with a single-access view of customer information, the company stated, adding that One Touch merchants identify customers via a single code and simple integration that requires little to no IT oversight. The solution facilitates greater control over transactions and minimizes risk.

AstroPay's One Touch automatic enrollment channel approves customers and automatically approves recurring users through KYC verification. AstroPay users can deposit and withdraw money on the platform and set spending limits on the One Touch platform. The solution also provides merchants with analytics, enhanced reporting and fraud alerts that meet the latest industry security and compliance standards.

One Touch, multiple uses

Describing AstroPay as an end-user focused company, Lijtenstein stated that One Touch reflects the company's innovative approach to engineering and product design. "We design every step of the payment process to provide the best user experience possible by listening to our customers and connecting with them, as well as being agile to easily adapt to changes," he said. "We develop the user journey according to clients' feedback and to data obtained from different tools, including A/B testing."

In addition to providing merchants with a wide range of payment methods, One Touch identifies users from a single code, reducing risk, maximizing control and providing valuable customer insights, Lijtenstein added. AstroPay merchants reach more than 3.5 million users from a single integration, allowing them to offer preferred payment methods in each market, he added.

Reseller, partner opportunities

AstroPay offers unique opportunities to channel partners and resellers, Lijtenstein pointed out, including the ability to create AstroPay cards for any amount in a desired currency and instantly send them to customers. Enrolled AstroPay partners and resellers can increase revenue with sales commissions as they expand global reach, he added.AstroPay's focus on international transactions addresses the complexities and unique requirements of local markets while offering fast and efficient solutions through thousands of consumer-recognized payment methods, Lijtenstein noted.
