Get paid faster with automated e-invoicing

Biller Genie Inc. launched Biller Genie, an all-in-one solution designed to accelerate cash flow, eliminate busy work and improve the customer experience. The flexible self-service solution enhances existing accounting software, eliminating the need for users to learn new software or train staff, the company stated.

"Biller Genie is not another QuickBooks plug-in," said Thomas Aronica, CEO at Biller Genie. "It's a powerful portfolio-building tool that gives agents and partners a real-time integrated accounts receivables solution."

Biller Genie's integrated payment processing is PCI DSS compliant, Aronica stated. Payment information is never stored on its servers; sensitive customer information is protected through end-to-end encryption and tokenization while remaining out of merchants' scope, he added.

Speed up cash flow, slash busy work

Biller Genie was developed to seamlessly connect to QuickBooks, Xero, AccountingSuite and other popular accounting software programs, using a single-click integration process. Customer data, payment transactions and invoice updates automatically synch between platforms.

When invoices are updated, Biller Genie sends alerts to the invoice messenger tool, which sends a follow-up email according to a customized schedule. When customers use Biller Genie to pay by credit card or ACH, the system automatically posts payments to the merchant's accounting program and closes open invoices.

"Biller Genie users don't have to learn new software or retrain employees," Aronica said. "They can continue to use familiar systems while eliminating redundancies and manual labor."

The solution's intuitive workflow, hands-on support, and seamless integrations enable accounting departments to collect invoices faster, giving professional staff more time to focus on business priorities. As an all-in-one solution, Biller Genie improves the merchant customer experience by helping them track invoices and get paid faster. Merchants can customize and schedule invoices, late payment reminders and thank you notes, using the Automated Invoice Messenger. They can alert customers and help them avoid penalties using the Late Fee Manager. They can accept ACH, debit and credit card payments using the fully integrated solution while eliminating duplicate data entry and errors.

According to the company, Biller Genie's Branded Customer Portal provides clients with a holistic, personal payment experience that's easy and convenient. The secure portal encourages self-service by providing merchants' customers with a familiar interface and secure 24/7 platform to make payments. Customers can securely log in from any device and pay multiple open invoices at the same time. They can view complete payment and invoicing history, securely store payment information, set up automatic payments and manage customer profiles.
