Don't forget Forte

I noticed that Forte Payment Systems wasn't included in your "Payments industry Inc. 500/5000 winners" article. This year marks the sixth year in a row that Forte Payment Systems, previously ACH Direct, has been awarded the prestigious honor of making the Inc. 5000. Is there a reason we weren't included, or was it an oversight? Natalia Diaz Forte Payment Systems

Your omission from the list was an oversight, and we apologize for not listing Forte among the honorees in "Payments industry Inc. 500/5000 winners," published in The Green Sheet, Sept. 9, 2013, issue 13:09:01. We cannot add your company's name to the print version, but we have added it to our HTML version. We regret the error and offer our sincere congratulations to the Forte team for ranking at 3,622, with a three-year growth of 83 percent. Editor

Thanks for the profile

I just wanted to send my thanks for our company profile page. It looks incredible, and we all really appreciate your work. Karen Whiteley Regal Payment Systems

Thank you for taking the time to send this note to Ann Train, our Staff Writer who wrote the RPS profile. Titled "Raising the bar on performance," it was published in The Green Sheet on Sept. 9, 2013, issue 13:09:01, and can be found online at

We invite others who would like their companies to be profiled to send a request to Laura McHale Holland, Assistant Vice President, Editorial, at These are fact-driven editorial features, not advertising vehicles, so we do not charge for them. Given the large number of pending profiles, however, there is a long wait before a given profile reaches the top of the list. Editor
