Seamless QuickBooks integration

Product: ePNSync
Company: www.eprocessingnetwork.com

Many merchants run their accounting software through one of Intuit Inc.'s QuickBooks software programs. And finding a way to seamlessly move payment information into the software can be a bit challenging.

Software development company eProcessing Network LLC knows it is vital to help manage the back office efficiently. That's why the company launched ePNSync, a tool designed to synchronize all of a merchant's payment transaction data – e-commerce, mobile and recurring payments, for example – into the merchant's QuickBooks Pro, Premier or Enterprise solutions.

With ePNSync, the merchant's PC automatically downloads all transactions processed through the secure payment gateway into the merchant's QuickBooks program at the end of each processing day. By eliminating manual entry, the merchant doesn't need to take additional steps in processing. EPNSync automatically downloads daily transactions into QuickBooks based on the needs of the business, which allows the merchant more time to focus on other aspects of the business.

EPN specializes in secure, real-time transaction processing services, solutions and support for all types of small to midsize merchants.

"Automating back-office processes greatly reduces the amount of manpower needed and decreases errors caused by manual entry, which helps the merchant be more efficient," said Steve Sotis, President of eProcessing Network.

Bruce R. Shirey, ePN Senior Vice President of Business Development, added, "Bringing ease of use to merchants in a secure, cloud-based environment is the cornerstone of ePN's strategy. Enabling the merchant to manage their business anytime, anywhere is not just a philosophy, it's what ensures their success."
