Streamline device management, cut service costs
Ingenico launched Ingenico Manage 360, a cloud-based, device-agnostic management platform designed to transform how payment providers, acquirers and merchants oversee their terminal estates. Developed to address persistent pain points such as high service costs, frequent device returns and complex maintenance workflows, the new platform gives payment providers real-time control and visibility across all connected devices, including non-Ingenico Android terminals, Ingenico affirmed.
By offering remote diagnostics, over-the-air updates and instant service activations, Ingenico Manage 360 allows providers to resolve issues quickly without costly site visits or merchant downtime, the company stated, adding that early deployments have shown that service costs can be reduced by as much as 75 percent. This, Ingenico further noted, translates to faster issue resolution, higher device uptime, and improved satisfaction for merchants and their customers alike.
The platform is already being rolled out across Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific, including with Live Payments in Australia.

Beyond fleet monitoring, Manage 360 includes tools for inventory tracking, integrated merchant app stores and estate segmentation that allow targeted actions across thousands of devices simultaneously. Built on a strong data foundation, Manage 360 also helps customers make more informed decisions, identify underperforming segments and uncover new revenue opportunities.
Manage 360 is part of Ingenico’s growing suite of cloud-based services, which also includes Digital Receipts and Merchant Portal. Together, these modules are designed to provide an integrated ecosystem that accelerates time-to-market, enhances security, and simplifies adding new features or partners.
Future updates will introduce campaign notifications delivered directly to payment terminals and expanded compatibility with additional Android devices through API-based integration.
