Simplify, streamline D2C subscription management

Cleeng, best known for its Subscriber Retention Management (SRM) technology, launched Cleeng Pro, a direct-to-consumer (D2C) subscription management platform designed to go live in under an hour. Aimed at entrepreneurs, app developers, agencies and digital creators, Cleeng Pro is free for up to 10,000 subscribers and charges no hidden fees, removing major barriers to entry for those exploring subscription services, Cleeng stated.
The solution distills Cleeng's enterprise-grade technology, already in use by the NFL, Sinclair Broadcast Group, and BeIN Media Group, into a lightweight, turnkey package. It consolidates subscription management, identity and entitlement control, advanced analytics, customer support, and optional Merchant of Record (MoR) services into a single platform. Users no longer need to piece together multiple vendors for billing, analytics, and support, the company noted.
Business empowerment
Cleeng pointed out that Cleeng Pro also gives creators full ownership of pricing, user data and customer experience. Unlike app store ecosystems that impose taxes and limit control, the platform eliminates dependency on third parties and empowers businesses to define their own models. For global ambitions, Cleeng Pro provides pre-integrated MoR capabilities to simplify tax compliance, fraud prevention and international payments, Cleeng added.
The company emphasized that ease of use is central to the product. With no-code onboarding, best-practice guides, and an expanding partner ecosystem—including JWPlayer, Sportradar, and Applicaster—Cleeng Pro aims to help teams launch subscription services quickly and effectively. Subscriber support tools, including trainable content-specific assistance and 24/7 escalation, add to the platform's appeal, Cleeng said.
CEO Gilles Domartini emphasized the need for speed, stating, "In 2025, the AI-powered economy waits for no one. Cleeng Pro eliminates the waiting game—and it's free to start." Analyst Paul Erickson of Omdia noted that as streaming growth slows, established providers are experimenting with new models while independent creators lean into D2C monetization.
According to the company, after the initial free tier, Cleeng Pro costs $0.39 per subscriber per month; an affiliate program offers bonuses when activations surpass 1,000 monthly users, further encouraging adoption.
By packaging enterprise features into a free, easy-to-use offering, Cleeng Pro positions itself as a bridge between creators eager to monetize quickly and established companies testing new subscription models. To schedule a consultation, please email cleengteam@cleeng.com.
