PMT Buys Another

With the ink not yet dry from the announcement of PMT's planned acquisition of CVE Corporation, PMT announced on April 4 that it planned to Merge with IMA Payment Systems, Inc., a Nashville based ISO.

Joyce Cook, President of IMA Payment Systems, Inc. added, "We are very pleased to be joining forces with PMT. We expect the economies of scale which PMT enjoys will be of substantial benefit to the efforts of our sales team in the Southwest."
