Yes, But Can They Sing?
If you attended the ETA
meeting in San Diego, you may have heard some talk of VitalSync. No,
it’s not another boy band.-it’s Vital Merchant Services’ Web site
that provides acquirers a new channel for managing their merchant
customer’s terminal portfolios. Vital launched the site at the ETA
meeting.
VitalSync enables acquirers to order and monitor POS
equipment, supplies and services, as well as to access historical data on
their merchant customers instantly . “Bringing a valuable Web-enabled
solution to our clients will help them activate their merchant customers
quicker, easier, and more efficiently-saving time and money. This is Vital
Merchant Services’ first phase in giving the acquiring industry an
on-line, real-time service offering that will help them succeed in the
marketplace,” said Keith Smith, president and CEO of Vital Merchant
Services.
Acquirers log on to www.vitalmssync.com
with a protected password to access the inventory of their merchant’s
point-of-sale equipment. Through this Web site, acquirers can place and
track orders, generate reports and manage inventory-conveniently, at any
time. In addition, they can monitor the activation status of all their
merchant customers.
Vital Merchant Services provides a variety of
point-of-sale support services including terminal equipment procurement
and deployment, inventory management, replacement and repair services,
merchant training and installation, merchant supplies replenishment and
world-class help desk support. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of
Vital Processing Services. For more information contact Vital Merchant
