BankServ Continues to Add Management Strength

Gary L. Grant, former senior vice president of sales for IVI Checkmate in Atlanta, has joined BankServ as vice president of sales for its Electronic Check Services Company. BankServ is a provider of electronic payments software and outsourcing services to the banking, retailing, and financial services industries. Grant will work in the company office in Alpharetta, GA. Grant was most recently senior vice president of sales and marketing at IVI Checkmate.

Previously, Grant worked for 10 years at VeriFone in Redwood City, CA, where his assignments included being vice president and general manager of the United States Group, vice president and general manager for the Americas Division, and vice president of Operations for the Asia-Pacific region.
