Readers Speak: Burnout, a problem with solutions

Nathan Nickens, senior analyst & conference director for Customer Contact Week, emailed us about a free resource from CCWomen that offers advice on overcoming and preventing burnout. "If you're feeling burned out, know you're not alone," Nickens stated, adding that 53 percent of women interviewed in 2022 said their stress levels were higher than they were in 2021, and almost half stated they felt burned out in some capacity. This is based on Deloitte's Women at Work 2022: A Global Outlook study, published by Forbes in April 2022.
