Part of the 8x8 Platform for CX, Secure Pay integrates with 8x8 Proactive Outreach and 8x8 Intelligent Customer Assistant to enable automated reminders, conversational AI interactions and secure one-click payment options. The solution allows customers to resolve questions and complete transactions quickly while reducing the need for agent-driven collection workflows.
Secure Pay supports outreach via SMS, email, chatbot and interactive voice response (IVR), allowing organizations to connect with customers through their preferred channels.
