Embed full commerce experience within mobile messaging

Clickatell, a leading chat commerce and business messaging provider, introduced its Chat Commerce as a Service (CCPaaS) platform, which is designed to deliver a full commerce experience within widely adopted mobile messaging environments. Richly layered technology

White further noted that CCPaaS efficiently bundles chat commerce capabilities into a single platform with multiple service levels: Clickatell Connect, Clickatell Interact and Clickatell Transact.

The Clickatell Connect foundational package enables businesses to deploy enterprise-grade chat commerce over multiple messaging channels via a RESTful API or a web-based campaign management tool. White said brands can use Connect's low-code and no-code web interface to build app-like rich chat experiences easily and quickly into workflows.

Clickatell Interact, a value-added package, comes with keyboard management, an asset library and live chat capabilities and is easy to integrate with CRMs and order management systems, enabling businesses to have meaningful conversations with their consumers. Businesses can use Interact chatbots to instantly respond to customers, White noted, and use its asset and API libraries to customize and integrate CCPaaS into their workflows.

The Clickatell Transact simplified commerce package enables businesses to sell products and services directly within messaging channels by sending payment prompts to initiate secure and frictionless checkouts. Through Transact, White noted businesses can securely integrate chat commerce into CRMs and order management systems without writing code, to provide cloud native, turnkey checkout experiences.

White noted that in addition to Connect, Interact and Transact capabilities, the true benefit CCPaaS offers is the ability to meet consumers wherever they are communicating.
