Las Vegas-based Lead Tracking Systems LLC has introduced a lead management system specifically for the merchant services industry. A simplified, six-section dashboard is designed to enable users to navigate the day-to-day process of developing prospects into merchant customers.

LTS segmentation is designed to simplify all levels of user experience and provide essential information to facilitate lead tracking. The LTS dashboard layout separates the most frequently used lead management tasks into six distinct groups: manage users, manage leads, marketing tools, calendar, lead generator and account statistics.

While all users can access an interactive calendar to follow up and view account statistics in real-time, each section can be structured with customizable permission levels to enable different categories of users to focus on their core competencies, for example:
