Readers Speak: Talent for addressing issues of substance

I want to thank you again for giving me the opportunity to be one of the resources for Ann Train's article, "Have you weatherproofed your ISO?" Over the years, I have been interviewed by dozens of writers about various issues. Ann and I spent about an hour on the phone, and she did a fantastic job with the article. She is a real talent. I know that your readers will benefit from the numerous issues that she addressed in her article.

I have spoken at numerous industry conventions. My programs are different than most attorneys who stand up and recite the law … boring! Instead, my programs focus on how to protect your company and how to spot the problems of employees and managers. I utilize real-life stories to illustrate how to implement the policies and take action.

If you ever want to conduct a best practices HR seminar or "How to Weatherproof your ISO from Employment Storms" at one of your conventions, I would be honored to speak. I would also appreciate your suggesting me to any other group that might need someone to speak in this area. At this point, I have represented clients in at least 55 percent of the SIC codes in over 40 states.

And by the way, the redesign of The Green Sheet is spectacular.
