Many merchants are looking for a way to replace their existing hardware and POS systems with new technology, including applications that utilize the Apple Inc. iPad. Such new technology allows merchants to accept payments anywhere they may be.
First American Payment Systems released an iPad POS solution that combines a business management application with a countertop hardware package. 1stPayPOS is a cloud-based payment application designed for businesses of all sizes.
For merchants who are ready to replace their existing hardware with a secure, robust payment system, 1stPayPOS is an economical solution, FAPS said. The application allows merchants to accept payments and track data in real-time. Unlimited users can be set up, and detailed reporting is available.
"We pride ourselves in listening to our business customers and delivering solutions that help them better manage expenses and reconciliation while driving sales and profits," said company Chief Executive Officer Neil Randel. "With the 1stPayPOS system, business owners have one-touch access to analytics while improving the customer experience at the point of sale. Our merchants are enthusiastic about 1stPayPOS as a way to track cash and credit sales and provide their customers with more payment options such as PayPal retail cards."
1stPayPOS has been designed as a turnkey solution for businesses and is available as a free download from the Apple App Store. The initial hardware package includes a tablet stand, cash drawer, receipt printer and encrypted card reader to ensure every transaction is secure.
1stPayPOS features include:
- Customized product modifiers
