Gain instant visibility into portfolio performance

TSG (The Strawhecker Group) launched its new Executive Dashboard, a major enhancement to its Acquiring Industry Metrics (AIM) platform designed to give payments leaders immediate insight into portfolio performance.

AIM, used by organizations representing more than 75 percent of U.S. payment volume and spanning 4 million merchants across more than 250 industries, has long served as a benchmarking resource for pricing, profitability, growth and attrition. The Executive Dashboard builds on that foundation by delivering executive-ready intelligence the moment users log in, TSG stated.

The new interface consolidates critical KPIs into a modern, visual format that enables leaders to quickly assess portfolio composition, evaluate gross and net revenue trends, measure onboarding and activation performance, and analyze expansion or contraction through a refined attrition bridge. Flexible filtering tools allow users to segment data and uncover trends without adding operational complexity.

According to TSG, the goal is to help executives identify anomalies, benchmark performance against the broader market, and make data-driven decisions in seconds. By surfacing trends and shifts that directly influence revenue, the dashboard is positioned as a tool for accelerating insight-to-action cycles and improving profitability outcomes.

Mike Strawhecker, president of TSG, said the Executive Dashboard makes AIM's intelligence more accessible and actionable for decision-makers. Rather than digging through multiple reports, he added, leaders can now gain a high-level understanding of performance and drill down as needed within a single, streamlined experience.

Jeffrey Sloan, former CEO of Global Payments and a longtime AIM user, noted that TSG's benchmarks and portfolio analytics have historically elevated executive decision-making by pairing deep merchant acceptance expertise with data-driven insights.

The launch continues TSG's expansion of AIM's capabilities, following recent enhancements such as the Embedded Pricing Tool, Revenue Optimizer and API integrations. With the addition of the Executive Dashboard, AIM further positions itself as a centralized intelligence hub for executives, finance teams, pricing leaders, sales organizations, retention specialists and business intelligence professionals across the payments ecosystem.

Contact TSG online, tsgpayments.com, or call 1-833-690-1301 to learn about AIM. Those not currently subscribed may sign up for TSG Portal and start an AIM trial to experience the Executive Dashboard and other capabilities. End of Story
