MBNCARD provides comprehensive training on dual pricing models and encourages businesses to be creative when
they roll out the program by offering additional incentives to cash-paying customers. Cash loyalty and reward programs,
limited-time offers and exclusive discounts can further encourage customers to choose cash over credit cards. And studies
have shown that card-paying customers will happily pay a bit extra to gain points and miles by using their preferred
payment methods.
The MBNCARD advantage
MBNCARD’s patented program gives partners and their merchants a competitive advantage. In addition to having an
exclusive right to resell through our patented structure, authorized MBNCARD Inc. associates earn high-commission
payouts and bonuses with complete access and visibility into their accounts.
Additional options include a choice of multiple processing platforms Omaha, North and Global / TSYS, and the ability to
underwrite their own deals. MBNCARD partners also have a pathway to the future, with an option to sell their merchant
portfolios or accounts as their businesses grow and scale. Through it all, partners receive dedicated support and a video
training library to further educate their sales teams.
As payment acceptance costs continue to evolve, merchants and sales partners alike are looking for practical strategies that
protect margins while preserving customer choice. MBNCARD believes dual pricing, when implemented transparently
and supported by proven technology, offers a path toward achieving both goals. https://merchantsbancard.com/become-a-

and modern, integrated payments platform. In 2024, Fidelity Payment Services and Cardknox unified
under the Sola brand, reflecting sun, clarity and simplicity across its distribution, gateway and PayFac capabili-
ties. The rebrand combines distribution strength with modern gateway and PayFac infrastructure to better serve
partners, merchants and the broader payments ecosystem.
Time-tested leadership
Today, Sola’s approximately 180 employees and executive team are led by CEO Michael Reed, a seasoned
executive whose leadership experience includes First Data, Bank of America Merchant Services, Barclays and
Deluxe. “Sola is building something different from both traditional processors and newer PayFac platforms,”
Reed said. “Rather than forcing a single model, we focus on giving partners real choice, meeting them where
