On-demand training
Learning for Geniuses is designed to help VizyPay sales partners achieve excellence at every stage of their professional
journeys. The program offers two Zoom training sessions per day at beginner and intermediate levels, with additional
content available on demand. LFG presentations are managed by Elizabeth Rucker, Director of Talent Acquisition and
Training at VizyPay. "Our goal is to provide a more comprehensive overview of the payments landscape and ensure that
our Sales Partners receive the tools that they need in order to succeed in the field," Rucker said. "We cover topics such
as merchant statements, prospecting techniques, analyzing statements, different sales approaches, robust coverage on
equipment and more." Rucker additionally noted that sales partners watch LFG presentations on demand on the com-
pany's award-winning CRM program, Sales Genius, where they can access a suite of genius tools and resource library.
VizyPay is also creating a lead tracker, called Lead Genius, to aid agents through the sales cycle.
Close sale, open box
VizyPay celebrates the universal rite of passage when VizyPay sales partners close their first merchant partnership, Ruck-
er added. Partners who make their first sale receive a flip kit with fun, branded merchandise, such as a polo shirt, pad-
folio, pens, a tumbler and more, she explained, adding that the box is branded with our VizyPay colors and motivational
quotes. "People come into VizyPay from all walks of life and we spend a lot of time explaining the different programs that
we offer and use real-life examples to show how they work at the beginner level," Rucker said. "This helps people, who
are new to our industry, understand solutions from a business owner and consumer perspective." The intermediate track
covers more advanced areas, such POS technology and cash discounting legalities, as well as addresses situations that
agents encounter in their day-to-day work in the field. Daily scheduled calls provide agents with additional details and
information and keep them updated on industry trends.
Unlock the Genius suite
Learning for Geniuses is part of the Genius technology suite, a comprehensive one-stop shop that includes the Genius
CRM, where sales partners can access VizyPay agent support, LFG program managers and all of their merchant part-
ner account information. The merchant listing includes relationship histories, contact info and compensation structures.
Rucker said VizyPay was honored to receive a 2021 Silver Stevie award, in the American Business Sales and Customer
Service category, for Genius CRM's proprietary customer relationship management tool. Known as the world's premier
business awards, the coveted "Stevies" were created in 2002 to honor achievements and contributions of organizations
and working professionals worldwide. "We want our sales partners to have the tools they need to be successful and keep
their merchants happy, not only from a marketing perspective but as part of VizyPay's family of small business owners,"
Rucker said. "We understand what it takes to be a small business owner and to start from nothing. No one wants to be
