“Success in the payments industry is not built in isolation. It is built through relationships, access to knowledge and a community of people who are willing to share what they know, open doors and advocate for one another,” said Dr. Gail Burgos, CEO of PayTech Women. “That is the value PayTech Women brings to our industry. We connect our members to the people, perspectives and industry knowledge that help them grow, while creating meaningful opportunities for mentorship and, just as importantly, sponsorship. Mentors can help guide your journey; sponsors can advocate for you when opportunities arise. Our Leadership Summit brings all of those elements together – community, knowledge, mentorship, sponsorship and connection – so that women at every stage of their careers have the relationships and resources to RISE, move onward and upward, and help shape the future of payments.”
