TreviPay Crossroads, The B2B Payments Conference Returns to Kansas City for 2026
Live from Kansas City, TreviPay Crossroads brings the B2B payments industry together once again with expanded programming, more networking opportunities and a fireside chat with former SNL cast member Heidi Gardner
OVERLAND PARK, Kan.--TreviPay, a global B2B payments infrastructure partner, announced today the return of TreviPay Crossroads, the B2B payments conference, taking place November 8–10, 2026 at the Loews Hotel in Kansas City, Missouri.
Crossroads brings together finance, sales and technology leaders, along with consultants, banks and fintechs, for two days of practical insights, premium networking and industry perspectives on the critical topics shaping the future of B2B payments.
The B2B payments market represents a $135 trillion opportunity, more than 2.5x larger than consumer commerce. As B2B is recognized more broadly as a growth opportunity – especially in sectors like retail and travel, and advances in AI put the spotlight on new ways to drive buyer loyalty and order-to-cash efficiencies, Crossroads will equip attendees with the insights and inspiration to modernize their payment strategies and better serve today’s buyers.
With a dynamic program designed to help organizations adapt and grow, Crossroads 2026 will feature keynote presentations, expert panels and fireside chats, plus deep-dive breakout sessions for finance, sales and tech leaders centered on critical topics including stablecoin, loyalty and incentives, agentic commerce and risk management.
Actress Heidi Gardner to Keynote Day One
Special guest Heidi Gardner, Kansas City native, actress, writer and comedian, will keynote the first day of Crossroads, and share her path from working outside the entertainment industry to training at The Groundlings and ultimately earning a spot on Saturday Night Live. Along the way, she will discuss what improv taught her about adaptability, presence and finding your voice.
“We are super excited to welcome Heidi to Crossroads, along with all the delegates and partners who will come to KC from across the globe,” said Allen Bonde, CMO and Crossroads Chair at TreviPay. “As we heard from attendees last time, the variety of perspectives and singular focus on B2B payments make Crossroads stand out. This time, with AI, infrastructure, and new industry partnerships in the spotlight, there’s no better place to come up to speed on the latest innovations while connecting with the leaders who are defining the future of our space.”
This year’s speaker lineup includes executives and experts from organizations such as Allianz Trade, Bain & Company, Best Buy, Edgar, Dunn & Company, Flagship Advisory Partners, International Motors, Red Wing Shoe Company, S&P Global, SolidIA, Walmart Financial Services, Western Digital, VML and TreviPay, among many others.
Sponsors include Visa and Mastercard at the Platinum level. Allianz Trade and WNS are also Crossroads sponsors with additional sponsors to be announced in the coming weeks.
“Crossroads brings together leaders who are thinking seriously about the future of B2B payments and commerce,” said Brandon Spear, CEO at TreviPay. “It is a great opportunity to learn from peers, share practical ideas and explore how businesses can deliver better buyer experiences while building stronger, more efficient order-to-cash operations.”
