Kesheni Moodley joins Paymentology to Drive Growth Across Africa

Johannesburg, 19th January 2026 - Paymentology, the leading global issuer-processor, today announced the appointment of Kesheni Moodley as Regional Director for Africa, further strengthening its regional leadership as demand for modern, cloud-first issuing infrastructure accelerates across African markets. Paymentology has a long-standing presence in Africa, working closely with banks, fintechs and mobile money providers across the region to deliver differentiated payment propositions and customer experiences through next-generation card technology.

Building on this foundation, Kesheni brings more than 20 years’ experience across the ICT, payments and enterprise technology sectors, spanning client relationship development, commercial leadership, business development and operational transformation. In her new role, she will focus on expanding Paymentology’s programme management capabilities, deepening client relationships and growing the company’s footprint across the continent.

She joins Paymentology from Ozow, where she most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer, following several years as Head of Client Success. During her tenure, she played a central role in driving commercial strategy, strengthening client relationships and supporting the growth of real-time payments adoption across South Africa.

Prior to Ozow, Kesheni held senior leadership roles at Accenture, where she spent nearly six years leading operations consulting and transformation services, as well as sales leadership roles focused on large-scale enterprise clients. Earlier in her career, she held client executive and business development roles at IBM and Siemens.
