Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Nov. 17, 2025—Payments+Partnerships is pleased to announce that Bhavna Kaushal has joined the firm as Engagement Lead and Senior Consultant.

Kaushal brings more than 20 years of experience driving innovation across financial services, fintech, and loyalty. Her leadership has spanned strategic partnerships, digital transformation, and cross-border market expansion.

Prior to joining Payments+Partnerships, Kaushal led a transformative digitization mandate and multi-product loyalty strategy at Scotiabank, covering more than 25 markets across Latin America and the Caribbean. She has also held senior roles at American Express and Berkeley Payments, where she scaled fintech–bank alliances and built payments strategies that reshaped the Canadian and U.S. markets.

A recognized industry thought leader, Kaushal serves on Euromonitor International’s Global Loyalty Expert Council and has contributed to organizations such as the Canadian Prepaid Providers Organization (CPPO) and ACT Canada. In 2023, she was honoured with the Women in Payments Social Impact & Sustainability Award.

“Bhavna’s deep experience across banking, fintech, and loyalty makes her an invaluable addition to our team,” said Dina Vardouniotis, CEO of Payments+Partnerships. “Our mission is to help financial institutions, fintechs, and payment innovators connect, collaborate, and compete in an ecosystem that’s changing faster than ever. Bhavna embodies that spirit—she knows how to bridge strategy and execution to help clients scale smart and build partnerships that last.”
