The Fintech Power 50 unveils 2025 standout companies, industry leaders

Tuesday, October 21, 2025 — 16:06:38 (UTC)

Manchester, UK, Oct. 21, 2025—The Fintech Power 50, the annual guide to the people and companies making a real impact in financial technology, has revealed its 2025 stellar line-up.

Now in its sixth year, the latest list features 40 companies and 10 industry leaders from across the globe - representing a mix of established names and fast-growing newcomers in payments, regtech, KYC, wealth management and more.

Among this year’s recognised leaders are Susanne Chishti, founder of FINTECH Circle, Joanne Dewar, founder of Project Nemo, and Monica Millares, host of the Purpose Driven Fintech podcast, all known for their long-standing contribution to the fintech community.

“I’m pleased to reveal this year’s Fintech Power 50, bringing together teams and leaders whose products are in the market and making a difference day to day,” says Jason Williams, co-founder of The Fintech Power 50. “Our role is straightforward: recognise good work and give these teams a platform. The picture this year is practical; AI in production, stronger security and governance, and founders focused on delivery rather than demos.”

Justin Pike, founder and CEO of Burbank, a member of The Fintech Power 50 2025 cohort, commented: “We’re really excited to join this year’s Fintech Power 50, celebrating our ground‑breaking Card-Present over Internet® technology, streamlining and shaping the future of secure, seamless payments.”

Joël Winteregg, CEO of Vyntra, a company specialising in transaction intelligence within financial services, also added: “We are proud to be part of the Fintech Power 50 this year, which is a platform that champions innovation, collaboration and impact across the global fintech community. At Vyntra, we are aligned with this mission as we continue to help banks detect fraud, ensure AML compliance and gain real-time visibility into every transaction. It’s an honour to be recognised alongside such forward thinking peers”

The Fintech Power 50 remains a key annual showcase for innovation and leadership across financial technology. Its members benefit from bespoke networking and event opportunities that raise their profile globally and help foster meaningful collaboration across the sector.
