Payments industry veteran brings 17 years of leadership experience to newly created role.

JACKSONVILLE, FL — September 21, 2026 — Advanced Payments, Inc., a recognized Independent Sales Office in the payments industry, today announced the appointment of Khalid Noohani, JD, CPP (Certified Payments Professional), as President of the company. In this newly created role, Noohani will partner with Founder and CEO Jason A. Felts to lead corporate strategy, operations, and execution of the company's sales and marketing goals.

About Khalid Noohani

After graduating from law school in 2009 with a specialization in Corporate and Transactional Law, Noohani co-founded Centurion Merchant Services, a registered ISO based in South Florida, where he built a successful payments organization from the ground up. In 2014, he extended that success into a strategic partnership with Jason A. Felts and the Advanced Payments team as an independent contractor. That relationship grew steadily over the years, laying the groundwork for his appointment to President today. In 2025, Noohani was designated as a Certified Payments Professional by the Electronic Transactions Association.
