iMobile3 launches social media app at ETA Transact 17

Thursday, May 11, 2017 — 22:24:12 (UTC)

Las Vegas and Jacksonville, Fla., May 10, 2017 – iMobile3, the leading provider of retention software solutions, today announced the official launch of its highly anticipated Social Media tool for general availability. The Social Media application, which is part of the company’s Digital Marketing Platform and Retention Marketplace, allows payment providers and acquirers to integrate social media management to their existing merchant account services.

iMobile3’s Marketplace platform is uniquely designed for acquirers to curate, customize and integrate with their existing merchant account management solutions. It is a 100% white-labeled solution so merchants never see third party branding. Using the same set of credentials for their merchant portal, a merchant can now access, analyze, and manage their Twitter, Facebook and even Instagram accounts. The custom-branded social media dashboard allows businesses to schedule posts, run critical reports about the performance of their profiles, and manage campaigns.

“The social media component of the platform is a great win for business owners and when combined with the platform’s local listings, reputation, reviews, and payment data then it’s a game changer, says Jonathan Brooks, COO, Bluume. “This is the one tool every small-medium sized business needs in the United States.”

Since its beta introduction to a limited number of top-tier acquirers earlier this year, iMobile3, has already seen thousands of merchants engage with the platform. Merchants are finding the convenience of accessing and managing marketing activities like social media extremely beneficial to their everyday operations.

“Businesses in today’s digital world need to be active on social media and take stock in their brand’s online identity,” says Chad Corbitt, COO, iMobile3. “Combining these value-added solutions with payment processing, loyalty and point of sale is a natural fit for our acquiring partners, who prioritize customer acquisition and portfolio retention.”

iMobile3 will be showcasing its Social Media platform at ETA Transact in the Technology Innovation Showcase (booth #T7). Technology Innovation Award winners will be announced the morning of May 11th prior to the keynote address.
