ProSight Financial Association Names Jen Guidi as Chief Executive Officer

Seasoned banking leader to guide organization's next chapter of growth

CHICAGO, June 17, 2026 — ProSight Financial Association announced the appointment of Jen Guidi as Chief Executive Officer and member of its Board of Directors, effective this week, succeeding Debbie Bianucci, who announced her retirement as President and CEO earlier this year.

Guidi brings more than 25 years of financial services experience to the role, most recently serving as Managing Director and Sector Head of the Diversified Industries Group East at BMO Financial Group. She has built deep expertise across Commercial Banking, Investment Banking, and Wealth Management and understands the importance of financial services organizations driving sustainable growth with a strong foundation of risk, compliance, and fraud management.

"Jen stood out through an extensive and competitive search process as the right leader to advance ProSight's purpose and build on the strong foundation Debbie and the team have established,” said Seth Waller, EVP and Chief Risk Officer at EverBank and Chair of the ProSight Board of Directors. "Jen’s deep industry expertise, record of driving growth, and exceptional ability to develop high-performing teams make her the ideal person to lead ProSight moving forward."

"Debbie and the team have created something special here, a trusted organization committed to empowering financial services in innovative ways that create real impact,” said Guidi. “I'm excited and honored to carry the purpose forward and help write the next chapter with the ProSight team, members, and customers."

Based in Chicago, Guidi joins ProSight at a pivotal time in financial services, as the industry is challenged to meet changing customer needs, adopt new technologies, and adjust to evolving regulations. ProSight is uniquely positioned to help leaders act with confidence in this dynamic landscape.

"Jen’s career reflects steady progression and success in a business environment with fast-paced technology advancements and digital transformation," said Bianucci. "Importantly, she’s an inspirational leader and exceptional relationship builder who believes in the ProSight purpose and values. I’m confident she will advance ProSight’s impact on the industry in this next chapter."
