Velera Board of Directors Adds New Member

St. Petersburg, Fla. (Dec. 18, 2025) – Velera, the nation’s premier payments credit union service organization (CUSO) and an integrated financial technology solutions provider, today announced the appointment of Todd Lane, president and CEO of California Coast Credit Union, as a member of its Board of Directors. He has served as an associate board member since 2021.

Lane replaces former Velera board member and previous president and CEO of Wings Credit Union Frank Weidner. Weidner served on the Board of Directors for over 10 years, including terms as vice chair and chair during the PSCU/Co-op Solutions combination. He will conclude his 14-year tenure as president and CEO of Wings Credit Union at the end of 2025.
