Anna Porra joins Paymentology as CRO

London, United Kingdom | 18th April 2024: Paymentology, the leading global issuer processor, today announces the appointment of Anna Porra as Chief Revenue Officer. In her new role, Anna will accelerate Paymentology’s global growth with responsibility for sales, marketing partnerships and client success.

Anna’s career spans two decades in the finance industry, and she brings a wealth of card payments experience to Paymentology. Anna has held key positions at organisations including Soldo, Marqeta, and Barclaycard. Anna's extensive background spans all aspects of cards programme management having worked across the bank, issuer processing and fintech sectors uniquely position her to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency at Paymentology.

During her tenure at Soldo, Anna served as Head of Market Development and Planning, where she formulated and executed comprehensive go-to-market strategies across diverse segments. She developed a scalable and predictable sales engine to accelerate growth in key markets. Additionally, her role encompassed overseeing Strategy and Planning, Revenue Operations and Partnerships.

At Marqeta, Anna was European Strategy Director, driving strategic initiatives to expand the company's presence in key European markets. Prior to Marqeta, Anna held several positions at Barclaycard including Commercial Strategy Director, where she led a team dedicated to understanding corporate customer trends, needs, and payment requirements.
