Blackhawk adds The Container Store to its B2B content portfolio

PLEASANTON, Calif.– December 6, 2022 – Global branded payments provider Blackhawk Network has expanded its partnership with The Container Store to include one of the leading retailers of storage and organization solutions in Blackhawk’s SaaS-based rewards and incentives platform. The Container Store joins other popular brands within the platform, which allows any company to easily stand up a program to reward or incentivize customers, partners or employees.

Recent research conducted by Blackhawk found that Americans want rewards from the companies they interact with. For instance, 57% of respondents want to receive a reward at the end of the year from their employer and of that percentage, 84% want prepaid and gift cards[1]. Additionally, more than three quarters of Americans surveyed would feel increased loyalty to retailers that issued prepaid rewards like gift cards; 79% of respondents would shop with a brand more often and 77% said they would spend more[2]. With the holiday season in full swing, businesses now have new options when it comes to rewards, incentives and gifting.
