Greenbox POS, IsMedia to develop NFT payment solution

December 13, 2021 - San Diego, California - GreenBox POS, NASDAQ: GBOX, a customized blockchain payment solution platform, today announced its investment in IsMedia, a technology manufacturing company, to jointly develop NFT (non-fungible token) payment solutions. In May IsMedia announced it capital increase of $100 billion.

GreenBox is a software and IT service company listed on the US NASDAQ. It possesses payment solution technology using blockchain to provide high-quality blockchain solutions to global companies. In February, it was registered in the Fast Track program of Visa, enabling cooperation with partners within Fast Track.

IsMedia plans to jointly develop an NFT payment solution with GreenBox through this investment attraction following the MOU. In particular, it plans to develop an integrated system that allows payments from virtual currency to fiat currency and provide it to various platforms. Additional commissions are expected to be received through solutions provided to third parties.

"Currently, many virtual asset exchanges and companies are rushing to enter the NFT business, but payment system errors are frequent. We will build a stable platform that complements the limitations,” said isMedia. "We will build a blockchain, NFT, and metaverse ecosystem by supplying successful payment systems to global companies," they emphasized.

Previously, the two companies signed an agreement for the NFT business in May.
