IRIS CRM's Merchant Dispute Responder enhances API

Brooklyn, New York – April 6, 2021 – Today, IRIS CRM adds Dispute Responder features via API to its industry-leading CRM solution, empowering clients and third parties to increase merchant retention. Timely dispute responses with appropriate evidence submissions will result in more disputes won and revenue recouped for your merchants.

IRIS CRM’s Dispute Responder provides Fiserv First Data ISOs with the ability to manage and respond to chargebacks and retrievals directly from their IRIS CRM site. Dispute Responder’s powerful functionality has now been added to IRIS CRM’s API, which will allow clients and third parties to build and use customized external software solutions utilizing Dispute Responder features.

IRIS CRM clients and third parties can now create custom applications for merchants to receive real-time dispute alerts as they are filed and respond with just a few clicks. The update extends the Open API’s subscriptions (which function like alerts), and clients can set up new alerts for each newly-created chargeback/retrieval case and/or for a set number of days as the dispute reply due date approaches.

Real-time dispute notifications ensure that merchants will not miss a due date for filing a dispute response, which means they will never automatically lose revenue because they didn’t respond to a dispute in time. Together with the convenient features for replying to a dispute, real-time notifications will help IRIS CRM clients and third parties provide more value for their merchants.
