Paysend appoints Alexander Nicolaus as Chief People Officer

London, January 21, 2021 – Global FinTech firm Paysend today announced that people & culture influencer Alexander Nicolaus has joined the company as Chief People Officer, and will become part of the firm’s executive leadership team.

The added challenges of managing a remote workforce prompted the addition of Alexander to the team, in order to reinforce and reinvigorate the company’s culture and create a high-performance organisation despite the international working arrangement.

He has helped large corporates (Willis, Barclays, Jaguar Land Rover and Accenture) and some of the fastest growing start-ups in South East Asia with their people and culture challenges in this new era of digital disruption. He has built and nurtured high-performance teams throughout his career and is an expert in rapidly scaling global startups.
