Key initiatives for 2020 will include NAC's ongoing efforts in Washington and at the state level to restore reasonable and non-discriminatory bank account access for Independent/Retail ATM providers, support passage of local, state and federal laws to maintain consumer choice to pay with cash at retail across America, and continue pursuit of NAC's 2011 federal antitrust lawsuit seeking to overturn current VISA/Mastercard network rules that mandate price-fixing for ATM services to consumers.
