Wnet Welcomes New Board Member Polly Van Duser, Bank of America Merchant Services

WAKEFIELD, Mass., – April 24, 2019 – The Women’s Network in Electronic Transactions (Wnet) announced today that its Board of Directors has unanimously elected Polly Van Duser to its Board of Directors. She currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Talent Acquisition at Bank of America Merchant Services. Wnet also announced the appointment of Cardflight Senior Vice President of Business Development Natalia T. Leonardis to its Board of Advisors.

Van Duser has extensive experience in recruiting and talent management in the payments field, at Bank of America Merchant Services, Heartland Payment Systems, Worldpay and others. At her current company, she has been responsible for developing and leading the organization’s internal Women’s Leadership Network. She is a committed mentor and has brought a number of Bank of America Merchant Services employees into Wnet, where they have become active volunteers. Her addition to the Wnet board strengthens representation from the payments industry.

Wnet Appoints Cardflight’s Natalia T. Leonardis to Board of Advisors

Wnet welcomes Cardflight Senior Vice President of Business Development Natalia T. Leonardis to its Board of Advisors for a second year. Leonardis has been heavily involved in Wnet’s advisory, education, membership and Leadership Summit initiatives.

“I’m happy to have been asked to return for another year to serve as a Wnet Advisor. Wnet has been, and continues to be, an essential resource for women who work for small and midsize businesses within the payments ecosystem,” said Leonardis.
