Koupon Media certifies with Verifone on mobile barcode coupons

Dallas, Oct 12, 2016 -- Koupon Media, a leading mobile offer platform and retail network, has certified with Verifone, a world leader in payments and commerce solutions, to deliver secure, one-time-use mobile coupons to brands and retailers. The integration will allow all retailers using the Verifone Commander platform to create, manage and distribute mobile coupons by Koupon Media, with unique barcodes that are immediately deactivated once scanned.

Verifone Commander Site Controller is a single site management software platform that supports all petroleum and card brands, providing increased speed in at-the-pump and in-store payment acceptance, fueling operations, and back office control. It is deployed in greater than fifty percent of the convenience retail locations in the US. All of these retailers now have the capability to create and distribute mobile coupons with unique barcodes directly on the Koupon Platform, eliminating the possibility of multiple use, fraudulent coupon scans.
