Atlanta, June 22, 2015 -- Leading financial payments industry experts are available to discuss growth and innovation and comment on regulatory issues in the industry, which processed more than $4.4 trillion in credit card payments last year.

The experts are affiliated with the American Transaction Processors Coalition (ATPC), which protects, promotes and preserves the interests of the industry through proactive public relations and government affairs activities.

Mr. H. West Richards has spent the last 25 years of his diverse career in both the public and private sector, including seven years on Capitol Hill and a founder of two technology start-ups. In early 2014, Mr. Richards co-founded the American Transaction Processors Coalition, which seeks to protect, preserve and promote the interests and advancement of the transaction payments processing industry. This includes working with both the private and public sector to create economic development opportunities for the industry which has a high concentration of enterprises in Georgia’s “Transaction Alley.” Mr. Richards is responsible for federal, state and local government relations, public affairs, community affairs, university relations and economic development. Mr. Richards is a graduate of Carnegie-Mellon University in Public Policy & Management with a concentration in Management Information Systems.

Mr. Tony Catalfano has nearly 25 years of experience in the payments industry, joining Worldpay US as CEO in March 2012. He previously served as Division President of Fiserv’s electronic payments business, and Division President of Fiserv’s Bank Solutions Division. While Mr. Catalfano has gained significant payments industry experience throughout his career, he has also developed key strengths in IT, leadership, change management and business transformation. He was elected as the founding Chairman of the ATPC.

Mr. Robert (Bob) Skiba is Executive Vice President and General Manager of Financial Services and Loyalty Programs at InComm, Inc.

Prior to joining InComm, Mr. Skiba served as President and General Manager of Ceridian Stored Value Solutions, a Division of Ceridian, Inc. from April 2004 to December 2008. He previously served as Gap, Inc.’s Vice President Chief Internal Auditor, V.P. of Financial Services, V.P. of Consulting & Assurance Services and Continuity Planning.

Prior to joining Gap in 1997, Mr. Skiba held numerous senior financial management positions, including Vice President of Financial Operations at The Home Depot; Controller of the Mall Store Group and National Manager for Inventory Control for Sears, Roebuck & Co.; Vice President of Operations Management and Store Planning at Barney's New York; and Corporate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Saks Fifth Avenue.

Mr. Skiba received a MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Mr. Amit Khosla is responsible for cybersecurity government relations for FIS. In this role, he is focused on information sharing with the Department of the Treasury, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Secret Service and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Within a short time of joining FIS, Mr. Khosla has initiated the company’s active involvement in industry and government initiatives related to combating security risks. Examples include partnership with the DHS Cybersecurity Information Sharing and Collaboration Program, improved engagement with the Financial Services-Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC) and membership in the Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council (FSSCC).

Prior to joining FIS, Mr. Khosla served for five years as Unit Chief for Partnership Outreach and Integration for the Department of Homeland Security, working in the National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center in Arlington, Va. In this role, he focused on information sharing, cyber incident management, international cyber coordination and cyber policy. Previously, he held the position of Senior IT Auditor for the Department of Justice, focusing on compliance and security audits for financial management systems.

Mr. Khosla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University and a Master of Science in Environmental Science and Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
