Ukash expands into Denmark via 7-Eleven
London, Feb. 23, 2012 -- Ukash, the International eMoney payment method is now available in Denmark through one of the world's best-known global brand, 7-Eleven.
7-Eleven has existed in Denmark since 1993 and many of the 195 stores, is often found at convenient locations such as, for example, main streets, train stations and airports, and many are open 24 hours a day.
The launch of Ukash in Denmark means that Danish consumers will be able to get Ukash at their local currency, the Danish krone (DDK). The launch also strengthens existing presence of Ukash in Scandinavia; brand was previously released in Norway and Sweden in February 2010 and December 2009.
Ukash makes people around the world, able to use electronic means of payment, regardless of status, procedure, or limit, and is available in over 420,000 retail stores. Ukash is active in 57 countries across 6 continents worldwide.
