TouchSuite completes Alpine Payment Systems acquisition

Boca Raton, Fla., July 2, 2018 -- TouchSuite has announced it has acquired the assets of IQ Payment Systems, dba Alpine Payment Systems (“Alpine”), through a newly formed subsidiary.

Founded in 2007, Alpine is a merchant acquirer based out of Vancouver, Washington that services the restaurant, hospitality and retail verticals. Alpine has built an award-winning integrated payments business with a highly scalable distribution platform.

The acquisition of Alpine broadens TouchSuite’s presence in the western United States, providing additional resources and support for merchants. TouchSuite and Alpine have developed an aggressive growth strategy and initiated the recruitment of top talent. Utilizing TouchSuite’s collection of technology products, strong capital base and expertise in advising ISOs in the payments sector, Alpine expects to expand rapidly over the next year.
