Factor4 mobile apps for Apple, Android support gift, loyalty transactions

Thursday, September 29, 2016 — 12:38:25 (EDT)

Broomall, Penn., Sept. 29, 2016 -- Factor4, LLC, the leader in gift and loyalty services to the SMB marketplace, has released free mobile applications that enable merchants to process gift and loyalty transactions via all Apple and Android devices.

The Apple and Android apps have custom built barcode readers. Factor4 has non-encrypted mag readers to allow for the swiping of cards. Merchants can process transactions wirelessly and print receipts to wireless printers if required. This technology replaces downloads and file builds into payment terminals. The apps allow merchants to run transactions when there is no internet service or a power outage as long as they have cell service. The apps can be used remotely.

Factor4 CEO, Dan Battista, commented: "Factor4 is excited to offer our customers Apple and Android apps that offer more options to process gift and loyalty transactions via Factor4's innovative technology solutions. Factor4 remains committed to being at the forefront of technology in the gift and loyalty space."

Factor4 has developed a white label program for its customers that enables customers to rebrand and publish the Apple and Android apps. For more information, contact Dan Battista through Email.
