NEACH 2015 Payments Management Conference finalizes agenda

Friday, March 27, 2015 — 13:14:07 (EDT)

Burlington, Mass., March 26, 2015 -- NEACH, the New England Automated Clearing House Association, today announced the agenda and speakers for the 2015 Payment Management Conference, to be held May 13th and 14th at the Framingham Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center.

This year’s conference theme, Today’s Solutions; Tomorrow’s Opportunities, will be explored in three unique and distinct learning tracks: Risk & Compliance, Opportunities, and Operations. Each track devotes six (6) concurrent sessions to drill down into important aspects of what’s taking place today, the outlook for the future, and why this is important to financial institutions and payments stakeholders.

Risk & Compliance sessions will aid attendees in helping their institution identify, manage, and mitigate the many forms of risk and threats that they face today in their quest to reach their goal of a safer tomorrow.

Opportunities sessions will offer fresh ideas being vetted in the industry on faster payments and traditional services arising from trends in retail payments, commercial payables services, and making new use of your payments data.

Operations sessions will focus on hot topics, ranging from processing and underwriting to developing issues and cross border payments. These sessions take a real world look at what’s worked, what hasn’t, what opportunities exist and what is driving changes in payments operations and efficiencies.

Other conference highpoints include general session panel discussions, a recognition breakfast for Accredited ACH Professionals (AAPs) and National Check Professionals (NCPs), and a reception with exhibitors. The May 13th General Session Luncheon will feature a Faster Payments Panel consisting of high-level industry experts: Janet Estep, President and CEO, NACHA; Timothy Mills, AAP, Vice President, Executive Director, The Clearing House Payments Association; Sean J Rodriguez, Senior Vice President, Industry Relations, Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.

There will also be dedicated time during the conference to spend with exhibitors and sponsors: ECCHO, The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, Laru Technologies, Federal Reserve Bank Financial Services, Lighthouse Payment Services, Inc., NACHA, ProfitStars and Shoreline.

“We are excited to be offering a program that addresses the issues that our members are facing today as well as what they can expect from the payments industry tomorrow,” said Linda O’Hara, CEO of NEACH. ”This year’s event will once again bring together payments professionals and the right payments experts to discuss, plan, and act upon the future of payments.”
