Shopware adds prudsys as partner

Shopware has more than 28,000 customers and a network of over 800 partners. Its partner network includes many technology partners who as technology suppliers use the Shopware platform for their own products. Working in close partnership with Shopware AG, prudsys AG can now offer its personalised sales solutions on the Shopware platform.

prudsys AG solutions are based on the “prudsys Realtime Decisioning Engine”. This consists of six independent, high-performance modules which can be linked together to form individual, omni-channel capable, global solutions. Modules include the “RDE Search” module which for the first time offers a transaction based search function. Here, individual products will be recommended to a customer based on an evaluation of that customer’s click-through and ordering behaviour in the shop. Personalised buying incentives in the purchasing process should prevent shopping basket cancellations.
