TMG adds, promotes payments experts to support company growth

Des Moines, Iowa, Dec. 17, 2014 – The Members Group (TMG) today announced the addition of several directors, each of whom brings extensive financial services experience to the payment processor.

Kaylene Barnes has been hired as director of client support. In this role, she will oversee project services, education services and client solutions, as well as integrate TMG’s strategic vision, values and service standards with each of the company’s client-facing teams. Barnes joins TMG from Insurance Technologies, a software developer for the insurance and financial services industries.

Hired as managing director for Canada, Sheryl Britton will help lead TMG’s international expansion efforts with a focus on the Canadian market. Britton has extensive knowledge of the Canadian payments space and comes to TMG from ARC Business Solutions Inc., an information technology consulting firm.

Chassidy Butler, director of new product sales, will be responsible for introducing TMG’s financial institution clients to the products offered through the company’s strategic partnerships. These include data analytics products, like Catalyst, developed in conjunction with Inc. 5000 data analytics firm IQR Consulting. She is also involved in TMG’s international expansion efforts. Butler most recently served as a project analyst for Wells Fargo.

Also joining TMG from Wells Fargo, Bonnie Lemke has been hired as director of platform support. She will ensure the company’s vision and service standards are achieved across each of TMG’s credit, debit, PIN and ATM processing platforms. Lemke brings to TMG extensive cards and payments experience. In addition to developing several technology roadmaps for Wells Fargo, she managed end-to-end client conversion projects for the SHAZAM Network. These included credit, debit, prepaid, ATM and point-of-sale conversions and acquisitions for high-profile financial institutions.

Jason Medick has joined TMG’s marketing team as director of marketing. In this role, he will lead a variety of marketing projects, including coordination of the annual TMG Executive Summit, scheduled for July 27-29, 2015, in Vancouver, Canada. Medick comes to TMG from Home Instead Senior Care, at which he was a franchise owner and served as one of 12 peer-elected executives on the company’s national council. He has also held a variety of marketing positions within two Des Moines area companies, Strategic America and Dice Holdings, Inc.

TMG is also announcing the promotion of Matt Flynn to director of client development. Flynn has been with the company since 2001 and most recently served as client business executive. As director of client development, Flynn will be responsible for managing a team of client development analysts, developing consistency in processes and tools and serving as the point person for TMG client relationships with IQR Consulting.
