Sequent Executives to Speak at Key Upcoming Mobile Industry Events

The Sequent executives will address the key issues impacting today’s mobile payments security landscape.

An overview of the speaking engagements:

• Sequent CEO Robb Duffield will participate in a panel discussion titled, “Will HCE Deliver on the Promise of NFC” at The Money Event at CTIA Super Mobility Week on September 10 at 4:00pm PT. The session will address the potential of HCE to resolve the issues of NFC technology adoption and bring mobile payments to main street merchants.

• Hans Reisgies, SVP of Market Development, will present at two events. He will present a session on “How to Turn Any App into a Wallet” at the NFC World Congress on September 23, 2014. The presentation will outline the keys to success for wallet deployments: Easy to use APIs, HCE and a secure open platform. Reisgies will also present a session on “The Responsibility and Sophistication needed to Build a Mobile Wallet” at the ISIS Mobile Innovation Forum on September 17, 2014.

• David Brudnicki, CTO of Sequent, will participate in a panel titled, “Host Card Emulation and Tokenization—What you Need to Know” at the the global investment banking firm Jefferies’ West Coast Payments Summit on September 22, 2014.
