St. Louis, Mo., June 12, 2014 -- The Incentive Research Foundation’s 21st annual Incentive Invitational kicked off May 28, 2014 at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort in San Jose del Cabo on Mexico’s Baja Peninsula, and brought together more than 400 professionals from the motivation, incentives and rewards industries, including 185 high level buyers, 90% of which were Director level or above. This record turnout of high-level executives shared four days of networking, education and destination showcase experiences, including the organization’s first Innovation Suite roll out and fully gamified experience.

The key component of this year’s Incentive Invitational was a slate of interactive sessions dubbed Innovating Incentives: Cutting-Edge Technology and Bold Ideas. On Thursday, May 29, the entire day was devoted to education, featuring speakers ranging from top academics such as Michele Gielan, Founder of the Institute for Applied Positive Research, to top consultants like Dylan Bolden of Boston Consulting Group and Bill Donius, author of Thought Revolution: How to Unlock Your Inner Genius.

This year’s Invitational also featured updated research presented by the IRF’s Education and Research committees and an original, state-of-the-art gamification experience though QuickMobile that allows all attendees to not just meet, but truly connect. Sessions and speakers included:
