WEX CEO Melissa Smith named one of most influential women in payments

Smith, was selected as one of the top 20 “Most Influential Women in Payments” in 2014 by PaymentsSource, a leading industry publication owned by SourceMedia.

The award honors women who are shaping the payments industry and playing a vital role in helping their organizations stay ahead of the curve during a time of innovation and new technologies. Honorees represent banks, technology vendors, payments networks and other businesses. Their work has taken on an international scope, with many leaders responsible for global projects.

Her presentation is titled, “The Opportunity for Financial Institutions to Identify, Unlock and Profit from the B2B Payment Challenges of Current Customers.”
