The platform aggregates information collected from the merchant's payment network, in-store systems and social websites into actionable data merchants can use to make informed marketing, operational and financial decisions, Swipely noted.

Based on performance data derived from the platform, retail and hospitality managers can coach staff or restructure entire product lines to convert sales, according to Swipely.
